Bryce Harper got caught in the end.

The Atlanta Braves pulled off a game-ending double play to beat the Philadelphia Phillies in Game 2 of the NLDS. Braves hitter Michael Harris II made a leaping grab to reel in a fly ball from Phillies outfielder Nick Castellanos while Harper was running to second base, then threw the ball to first baseman Matt Olson who tagged Harper as he was running back to first, completing the double play.

The double play, a half-inning after Braves' Austin Riley launched a two-run shot to give Atlanta a 5-4 lead, ended a thrilling comeback and knotted the series 1-1.

Atlanta had not scored a run through the first 14 innings of the series after getting shutout in a 3-0 loss to Philadelphia in Game 1. But the Braves offense, which scored the most runs in MLB this season and achieved a number of franchise records, got things going in the sixth inning when Ozzie Albies had an RBI single which broke the drought. Travis d'Arnaud hit a two-run home run in the seventh inning to cut the lead to 4-3 before Riley's home run in the seventh.

The first two games of this series have gone the same way as when the two teams met in the NLDS last year, with the Phillies taking Game 1 and Atlanta taking Game 2. The Phillies won the next two games of that series to advance to the NLCS.

Game 3 is in Philadelphia on Wednesday at 5:07 p.m. ET.
