If you’re uncomfortable with your fantasy football lineup in Week 7, it’s a familiar feeling. There are six teams on bye and a bevy of injuries. It will be a challenging week to submit a good lineup.

The biggest question of the week is the status of Christian McCaffrey. He is listed as questionable with an oblique injury and the 49ers play in Minnesota on Monday night. McCaffrey was limited in practice on Saturday. If he’s out, Elijah Mitchell will likely be the lead back with Jordan Mason involved, too.

Rams RB Kyren Williams is out with an ankle injury and was placed on injured reserve. RB Ronnie Rivers was also placed on injured reserve. Rookie Zach Evans, recently signed Darrell Henderson, Royce Freeman and Myles Gaskin are all in the mix to get touches. Rams coach Sean McVay hasn’t revealed his plan. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Freeman and Henderson will get most of the work.

Lions RB David Montgomery is out with a rib injury and Craig Reynolds (hamstring/toe) is active. Jahmyr Gibbs is off the injury report and is expected to get most of the touches.

Bears RB Roschon Johnson has been ruled out with a concussion for the second straight game. D’Onta Foreman should lead the backfield in touches with Darrynton Evans and Travis Homer mixing in.

Packers RB Aaron Jones is listed as questionable with a hamstring injury. The Packers are coming off a bye and Jones was still limited in practice. Keep in mind Green Bay plays in Denver at 4:25 p.m. Jones is expected to play.

Browns RB Kareem Hunt will play.

Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet is listed as questionable with a hamstring injury and isn’t expected to play. He hasn’t practiced all week. DeeJay Dallas will be the backup for Kenneth Walker.

Bills RB Damien Harris is out and placed on IR with a neck injury. Latavius Murray gets upgraded and is a viable play since he tends to see goal-line carries.

Seahawks WR DK Metcalf (hips/ribs) is listed as questionable. Coach Pete Carroll said Metcalf will be a game-time decision and the Seahawks host the Cardinals at 4:05 p.m. ET. Metcalf was limited in practice Friday. After injuring the hip last week, he returned to the game. There is more concern about his availability than in recent weeks.

49ers WR Deebo Samuel is out with a hairline fracture in his shoulder and could be out until Week 10 after the team has a bye in Week 9.

Browns QB Deshaun Watson (shoulder) is listed as active. He’s outside the top 12 QB this week but has a good matchup against a Colts’ team susceptible against the pass.

Bears QB Justin Fields has been ruled out for Week 7 with a thumb injury and will miss multiple games. He hasn’t been placed on the injured reserve. Undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent will start against the Raiders. D’Onta Foreman, D.J. Moore and Cole Kmet become risky plays, but it’s difficult to sit Moore and Foreman with the lack of options this week.

Giants QB Daniel Jones is listed as questionable with a neck injury and won’t play. He hasn’t been cleared for contact. Tyrod Taylor will start for the Giants.

Raiders QB Jimmy Garoppolo is out due to a back injury. Brian Hoyer will start against the Bears. It’s a downgrade for the passing game, but Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers can be started.

Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth is out with a hamstring injury and was placed on IR.

Patriots TE Hunter Henry is listed as questionable with an ankle injury. He was limited in practice on Friday.

Colts TE Kylen Granson is out with a concussion.

Broncos TE Greg Dulcich (hamstring) is out. He returned from the IR last week and left after reinjuring his hamstring and is back on the IR.
