The biggest question marks for NFL injuries in Week 4 are at quarterback. There were some reports on Saturday that Derek Carr could play, and the latest is that’s the plan. Carr has an AC sprain in his throwing shoulder, but he will play. Alvin Kamara makes his season debut coming off a three-game suspension.

Raiders QB Jimmy Garoppolo is out due to a concussion. Rookie Aidan O’Connell will start for Las Vegas. The rookie took most of the snaps in practice this week. The only Raiders usually started are Davante Adams, Josh Jacobs and Jakobi Meyers, and all can be in your lineups if needed.

Browns QB Deshaun Watson won’t play. He barely threw this week as he is dealing with right shoulder soreness. Rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson will start for the Browns.

Giants RB Saquon Barkley is listed as doubtful due to a high-ankle sprain. He will miss another week. Matt Breida will be the main back and share touches with Gary Brightwell. Breida is an RB3 at best and not a must-start.

Chargers running back Austin Ekeler is listed as doubtful and will miss another week with an ankle injury. Joshua Kelley will start, but he hasn’t looked good in the last two games. Only play him if you’re desperate at running back.

Miles Sanders is listed as questionable due to a groin injury he has been dealing with since training camp. The Panthers running back played each week and is expected to go today against the Vikings.

Justice Hill is listed as questionable with a toe injury after missing Week 3. Hill is expected to play and will split touches with Gus Edwards.

49ers running back Elijah Mitchell has a knee injury and isn’t expected to play, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle cleared concussion protocol and will play against the Bills. Get him in your lineups.

Deebo Samuel (ribs/knee) is listed as questionable. The 49ers wide receiver is expected to play.

Marquise Brown injured his thumb in practice on Thursday and is listed as questionable. The Cardinals wide receiver is expected to play against San Francisco.

Ravens wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr. and Rashod Bateman have been ruled out against the Browns. Beckham will miss his second straight game with an ankle injury and Bateman has a hamstring injury. Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews will get most of the targets. Nelson Agholor becomes a consideration in deep formats.

Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks is out with a knee injury. It helps DeAndre Hopkins and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.

Rams tight end Tyler Higbee is questionable with an Achilles injury. He was limited in practice on Friday and likely won’t be 100 percent if he plays.
