James Harden Returning to 76ers Practice Tuesday: Report
Harden returned to the team ahead of its home opener Sunday, and participated in both a film session and walkthrough
Philadelphia 76ers guard James Harden participated in the team's film session and walkthrough ahead of Sunday's home opener, and is expected to return to practice Tuesday, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer's Keith Pompey.
Harden was away from the team for nearly a week as he took care of his ill mother, according to Brandon 'Scoop B' Robinson, leading to him missing Philadelphia's first three games of the season.
The story of the 76ers' offseason was Harden's trade request, preferably to the LA Clippers, and public ousting of president Daryl Morey. Harden initially claimed he'd never play for Morey again until stepping back and saying he'll suit up for Philadelphia until he is traded.
While the 76ers have been on the road, Harden has been practicing with the Delaware Blue Coats, the team's G-League affiliate, as he works his way into playing condition.
