Inter Miami Sell Out 2024 Season Tickets For Lionel Messi’s First Full MLS Season
Inter Miami's 2024 season tickets have almost doubled in price from last season
The impact that Lionel Messi had on Inter Miami's fanbase was clear this season, as the club received increased investments and saw ticket prices surge.
Now, three months before the MLS season kicks off in February, Inter Miami announced on Thursday that it has sold out of its 2024 season tickets, but fans will still be able to purchase single-match tickets.
Messi joined the club in June and made his debut in late July. Miami was eliminated from the MLS playoffs with two games remaining in the regular season, but Messi did lead Miami to the Leagues Cup title as he contributed 10 goals and one assist in seven matches in the competition.
Ticket prices have significantly increased throughout the season, starting with Messi's debut in July where the cheapest ticket on the secondary market was $1,294, while the most expensive front-row midfield seats sold for $23,737, according to The Athletic.
The 2024 season tickets have almost doubled in price from last season, with the cheapest season ticket in 2023 being $485 in the north stands, which equated to $28.50 per game.
That same section will cost $884 in 2024, which is $52 per game, according to the Miami Herald.
The Herald also reported that a 2023 $3,6000 lower-level ticket was priced at $7,650 this season.
