Bills’ Von Miller Activated From PUP List, Will Make Season Debut on Sunday
Miller spent the first four weeks on the PUP list while recovering from a torn ACL suffered last Thanksgiving
The Buffalo Bills officially activated edge rusher Von Miller from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Saturday. He will make his season debut on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The two-time Super Bowl champion will take the field for the first time since last November. He started this season on the PUP list as he continued rehab from a torn ACL he suffered on Thanksgiving last year in 28-25 loss to the Detroit Lions.
After two consecutive days of full participation in practice, Miller traveled with the team to London. According to multiple reports, Miller told reporters on Friday that it was a "safe bet" that he would be out there on Sunday.
The Bills signed Miller to a six-year, $120 million deal in 2022. In 11 games with the Bills last year, Miller had eight sacks. This season, the Bills are tied for the league lead with 16 team sacks.
