Aaron Jones, Christian Watson, David Montgomery set to return from injuries for Packers-Lions Thursday Night Football matchup
Three of the NFC North's most rostered fantasy players are set to return from injury for Week 4's edition of Thursday Night Football
Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones and wide receiver Christian Watson, along with Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery and offensive tackle Taylor Decker, are expected to suit up for Thursday Night Football according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
Watson will be making his season debut after missing the first three weeks of the season with a hamstring injury. Watson was thrown into the fire as a rookie last season after the team traded All-Pro Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders. As a rookie, Watson caught 41 passes for 611 yards and seven touchdowns in 14 games.
Jones, who is also dealing with a hamstring injury, has missed Green Bay's last two games, and will be back to split carries with AJ Dillon.
Montgomery was unavailable for Detroit's Week 3 win against the Atlanta Falcons due to a thigh injury. Now, he returns to split carries with rookie Jahmyr Gibbs. Decker last played in Detroit's opening night win against the Kansas City Chiefs as he's dealt with an ankle injury.
Both teams sit at 2-1, and a winner would have the early inside track in the NFC North as both the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears are still winless this season.
