A Georgia judge is holding a Monday morning hearing on the proposed questions that prosecutors and defense attorneys want to use to assess potential jurors in the upcoming trial against two of Donald Trump's co-defendants charged in a sweeping election-racketeering case.

District Attorney Fani Willis' team and defense lawyers for Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell have submitted proposed questions for 900 area residents who have been summoned to appear at Fulton County Superior Court, with the first half due to show up Friday for the opening day of the trial.

The potential jurors will answer an extensive list of questions on paper before being divided into panels of 14 and questioned by attorneys in a process known as ‘voir-dire’.

Both Chesebro and Powell have pleaded not guilty to all charges in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ case, which centers around an alleged enterprise aimed at overturning the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.

The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. EST and expected to be live-streamed on Judge Scott McAfee’s YouTube channel.
