Former President Donald Trump early in the morning on Friday took to his Truth Social platform to rant about his recent indictments, saying he is being "railroaded" by a partisan government system.

"I am being 'railroaded' by a highly partisan and corrupt system of INJUSTICE, headed up by an opponent who is losing in the polls and, simultaneously with all of this, destroying our once Great Country!" Trump posted at 3:02 a.m. EST.

Trump linked to a Fox News interview with conservative host Mark Levin, calling the segment a "MUST WATCH."

In the segment, Levin said the Biden Administration and Department of Justice are "piling on charges" for Trump and said they are "smothering" him with criminal accusations and court appearances.

"Keep Indicting your Political Opponent, it makes no difference for what, or why. Keep him off the 'campaign trail' and in the courthouse instead," Trump's next post, at 3:09 a.m., read. "Don’t think of his Rights, the Constitution, or Liberty. Sit back and WATCH AMERICA CRUMBLE!"

The comments from the former president come after he, on Thursday, waived his previously scheduled arraignment and pleaded not guilty to 13 charges in his Georgia indictment over his alleged role in attempting to overturn the 2020 election in the state.

Trump, who is leading the Republican field in the 2024 race for the White House, is also facing a trial in Washington, D.C., related to the 2020 election. That is scheduled for March 4, 2024, the day before Super Tuesday, a key day in the 2024 primaries.
