Former publicist Trevian Kutti, a co-defendant in the Georgia election fraud case alongside former President Donald Trump, may have violated her bond agreement by appearing to threaten a witness on social media.

Kutti made the comments, which were first highlighted by the network MeidasTouch, on Instagram Live last Tuesday.

The former publicist appeared to threaten Fulton County election worker Ruby Freeman, who was harassed by the former president and his supporters over false claims of election fraud.

"There's a woman sitting somewhere who knows this whole thing is a lie," Kutti said in the video. "Who knows I never did anything to her. Who knows I never. Who knows she begged me for help. There's a woman sitting somewhere who knows that I'm going to f--- her whole life up when this is done."

Throughout the video, Kutti took questions from the audience about the case.

"Let me just tell you right now, you can't kill Trump when his entire base is a militia. You can't do it," Kutti said.

The $75,000 bond agreement Kutti agreed to prevents the publicist from intimidating co-defendants and witnesses, obstructing justice or posting on social media about the facts of the case.

Kutti — the former publicist for Ye, the rapper previously known as Kanye West — is charged with violating Georgia's Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organization (RICO) law, engaging in a criminal conspiracy and influencing witnesses.
