Former President Donald Trump arrived in D.C. late on Monday after leaving Mar-a-Lago earlier to attend his presidential immunity hearing.

Trump is set to appear on Tuesday before a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit to claim he should have presidential immunity in the probe looking into his challenge to the 2020 election results.

The former president headed to the city via motorcade after arriving at Dulles International Airport.

His legal team asked the Appeals Court back in December to toss his indictment arguing Trump should have "immunity" from prosecution for acts committed while president. Special Counsel Jack Smith disagreed.

The hearing will take place at 9:30 a.m.
