Former Donald Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani pleaded not guilty Friday to the charges stemming from the Georgia District Attorney’s probe investigating efforts to overturn the state’s 2020 election.

In the filing, placed on the docket Friday, Giuliani also waived his right to appear at a Sept. 6 arraignment hearing and “reserves the right to demand a trial by jury.”

He is asking the court to extend the typical rule in the state for pre-trial motions to be filed within 10 days after the arraignment, requesting 30 days “after receipt of all discovery” to file motions.
