Local police investigating the altercation between Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., and her ex-husband at a restaurant in Silt, Colo., have indicated there may be surveillance videos showing the altercation.

Boebert's former husband, Jayson Boebert, reportedly told police that he was a "victim of domestic violence" after an incident at the restaurant on Saturday.

Silt Police Chief Mike Kite told The Denver Gazette that they have 911 dispatch calls and surveillance video from the restaurant that will help with the investigation.

He also said, “Boebert and her ex-husband, Jayson, were involved."

The investigating team will now interview witnesses and ask for any additional footage they may have taken that night.
