A New Jersey man on Tuesday pleaded guilty to felony civil disorder after being charged for his involvement in the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.

Peter M. Krill Jr., 55, of Gloucester County, New Jersey, admitted to being in a group of people pushing police officers and pulling a metal bike rack-style barricade from officers in order to allow protesters to move forward.

Krill reportedly spent about 45 minutes, according to court filings, inside the Capitol Rotunda where he ignored police commands to leave. He is pictured in the Capitol Building and was identified as wearing a "Trump 2020" hoodie, a camouflage helmet and googles, and holding an American flag. Krill also apparently is missing a pinky finger on his right hand, making him more identifiable in the photograph.

Krill was arrested by the FBI in December of 2022 after being identified in a TikTok video posted by an account registered to Krills' business cell phone.

He is scheduled to be sentenced in early January and faces 10 to 16 months in prison. Krill has a previous robbery conviction which could impact his sentence, according to the court.
