Prosecutors on former President Donald Trump's Georgia case investigating his attempt to overturn the 2020 election have listed former Vice President Mike Pence as a witness, according to CNN sources.

Pence has already spoken to special counsel Jack Smith about Trump and the 2020 election, but had not yet been involved in the Georgia case.

The sources told CNN that the most recent witness list has over 150 names.

A Pence spokesperson declined CNN's request for comment.

Pence, who served as vice president under Trump, was responsible for certifying the 2020 election results.

"I told him [Trump] I thought there was no idea more un-American than the idea that any one person could decide what electoral votes to count," Pence allegedly told Smith's team earlier this year.
