Former Trump Lawyer Michael Cohen to Testify In Trump Business Fraud Case on Tuesday
Cohen's testimony had been postponed for health reasons
Michael Cohen, the former attorney to former President Donald Trump, will testify on Tuesday in Trump's business fraud lawsuit in Manhattan, Cohen has told The Messenger.
Trump stands accused of inflating his net worth and falsifying business records. The judge found that Trump had indeed inflated his earnings and asset value to defraud banks and insurers.
Cohen was initially scheduled to appear in court this week, but had his testimony postponed for health reasons.
“I look forward to the reunion,” Cohen said on Oct. 12, noting he had not seen Trump in five years.
