Christie Super PAC Release New Ad Hammering Trump on Hezbollah Comments

A super PAC supporting former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie released a new ad Monday criticizing former President Donald Trump for complimenting the militant group Hezbollah at a rally last week.

Titled "Fool," the ad compiles different clips of Christie calling Trump a "fool" after the former president called the militant group Hezbollah "very smart" at a rally last week.

“He’s a fool," Christe said in the interview with CNN featured in the ad. "Only a fool would make those kinds of comments."

Many GOP presidential candidates have slammed Trump for the comments, including former U.N. ambassador Nikki Haley, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and former Vice President Mike Pence.
