Watch: Bandits Clean Out Amazon Truck as Driver Looks On — ‘Are Y’all For F—ing Real?’
Police officials confirmed the incident occurred in Atlanta, the suspects are still at large
A video posted to social media depicting a group of bandits stealing packaging from an Amazon truck has gone viral.
Atlanta Police confirmed to Channel 2 Action News that the incident occurred in Atlanta, Georgia.
In the video, a group wearing hoodies can be seen hopping in the back of the delivery truck and stealing several packages one by one as the driver walks back to the truck.
The driver seemed to have been delivering a package at the time of the incident and remained on the sidewalk as the crime unfolded.
At least two people can be seen coming out of the front of the vehicle before going into the back to grab the boxed packages.
The person taking the video seems to be enjoying the scene, captioning the driver's reaction with an emoji and text saying: "Are Y’all For F---ing Real?"

Several people commented their thoughts on the posted video, with many noting the incident was not funny.
“I feel bad for her. I hope and pray she still has a job when she returns back to the warehouse,” one user wrote on Instagram.
Another person added: “Just sad. People probably ordering gifts for the holidays with money they worked hard for. Just to be stolen. I hope the driver wasn’t fired for the actions of these bad a-- kids.”
According to Insider, there are around 275,000 Amazon delivery drivers in the US that deliver approximately 170 to 350 packages per shift, depending on the location.
Drivers earn about $40,000 a year to drop off packages to customers, the Atlanta Black Star reported.
The incident follows a trend of truck robberies during the holidays. In several reported incidents people have not only stolen Amazon packages from homes and trucks but even the trucks themselves.
According to ABC News, a woman was recently arrested for allegedly stealing an Amazon truck in October. Several drivers have also been harassed or targeted while delivering packages that look valuable.
Investigators are still working to identify the suspects seen in the video, police said, according to Channel 2 Action News.
