The Ukrainian air force said Russia launched three cruise missiles and eight Iranian-made Shahed drones during attacks early Monday.

Two of the missiles, launched from a Russian submarine, and several drones were shot down over the Odesa region on the Black Sea, officials said. The drones were launched from Russian territory on the eastern coast of the Azov Sea, the air force said in a Telegram post.

One missile struck a warehouse in Odesa, and the windows of two apartment buildings were blown out, but there were no reported casualties.

Amid a Ukrainian counteroffensive that has claimed small gains, officials said Russian shelling along the frontline in eastern and southern Ukraine killed one person and injured 13, local media reported.
