The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department has launched a search for brothers Minas and Grigor Khacheryan after they disappeared during a fishing trip.

Minas, 86, and Grigor 78, were last seen Friday at around 8 a.m. in Glendale on their way to fish at the California Aqueduct in Lancaster, according to local news outlet, KTLA

Law enforcement officials suspect the brothers fell into the water while fishing.

Divers from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department High-Risk Tactical/Rescue Team were dispatched Saturday to search for them. They had not yet been found by Sunday afternoon.

Minas is reportedly 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has gray, balding hair, blue eyes and a goatee. He's missing his left eye and suffers from a heart condition.
