The grandmother of Shani Louk — the young woman whose naked body was paraded through the streets of Gaza after she was kidnapped by Hamas terrorists — is begging for the release of her granddaughter.

“I want to be next to her,” Nicole Louk told French news outlet LCI on Tuesday.

“Shani is alive, but seriously injured in the head,” Louk explained, following reports that the family obtained information suggesting Shani had not died, despite widely circulating images showing her seemingly lifeless body being desecrated by Hamas terrorists.

Louk, a 22-year-old German-Israeli peace activist, was attending the Supernova music festival Saturday when Hamas militants ambushed unsuspecting revelers.

At least 260 people were massacred on the southern Israeli festival grounds.

The tattoo artist is believed to be among the at least 150 hostages being held in locations across the Gaza Strip.

Louk's family said they learned she suffered a serious head injury from unnamed Palestinian sources and is in a Gaza hospital.

“I don't understand why the German government did not arrive in Gaza to save my sweet little girl, so that she could receive care,” the grandmother said, offering her services to help rescue Shani.

“If you need me… if I can go to her…  I ask you to do everything possible. I want to be next to her.”

Shocking video circulated earlier this week showed Shani, perhaps unconscious, on the back of a pick-up truck, surrounded by terrorists and children celebrating and spitting on her body, The Messenger previously reported.

Her family confirmed her identity by her distinctive tattoos and dreadlocks.

As of Wednesday, at least 1,200 people had been confirmed dead and 2,700 wounded in Israel. Another 1,050 people have been killed and 5,100 people injured in Israel's retaliatory strikes on Gaza, according to Palestinian officials.
