Authorities in Seattle need help tracking down the individuals behind two separate hit-and-run incidents from late November that callously targeted random pedestrians.

Cell phone videos recovered by police show both alleged hit-and-runs.

In footage from the first incident, a backseat passenger can be heard telling the driver to, "Hit this bi---" moments before the driver swerves left, striking a female pedestrian.

The voices seem to belong to young women or girls, who can be heard laughing after the victim is thrown to the ground.

In video from inside the vehicle during the second hit-and-run, the car is seen racing up behind a person walking on the street. There is a loud thud as the person is struck, and is flung onto — and off of — the hood.

Both hit-and-runs happened in North Seattle, and the victims have not been identified. It is unclear how police got the footage.

The first incident happened Nov. 26 at 1:50 a.m. Multiple people can be seen in surveillance footage helping the victim afterwards.

The second happened on the same night around the same time.

"The suspect vehicle did not stop in either incident," reads a police statement. "Based on the speed of the impact, it is likely that the victims suffered serious injury."

If anyone with any information on these incidents is urged to call the Seattle Police's Tip Line at (206) 233-5000.
