Search Back on for Military-Trained Massachusetts Man Months After He Allegedly Killed Wife Then Vanished
State police dispatched members of a Special Emergency Response Team to comb through the woods in Ashburnham and Gardner
Massachusetts authorities have resumed the search for Aaron Pennington, a military-trained man who is accused of killing his wife in October before vanishing.
State police dispatched members of a Special Emergency Response Team to comb through the woods in Ashburnham and Gardner as authorities attempt to locate Pennington, Boston television station WHDH reported.
Police searched for the 33-year-old for 10 days before suspending the search in early November.
Pennington is wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of his 30-year-old wife Breanne, who went by Breezy. Police believe the Air Force veteran shot his wife in the head on Oct. 22 inside their home in Gardner, about 68 miles from Boston.
Pennington left behind the couple’s children, ages 2, 5, 7 and 9. Police were called to the scene when the children went to a neighbor’s house, prosecutors said.
Police located Pennington’s vehicle thanks to a hunter, who found the white BMW about 1,500 feet down a wooded trail off Kenton Street near Camp Collier in Gardner, prosecutors said.

Authorities asked hunters and any residents with trail cameras around Camp Collier to keep their eyes peeled for Pennington, who should be considered armed and dangerous.
“Breezy was an absolute gem to this world,” said her cousin Jas Ramsey. “She was the best mother anyone could ever ask for, an amazing friend, support system, astrology enthusiast, spooky time lover, and so much more I could bring up.”
