The Pittsburgh Steelers are finally home, per The Athletic's Dianna Russini, after the team's charter plane reportedly had to make an emergency landing after a Sunday night football game in Las Vegas.

The plane landed in Kansas City, KDKA-TV reported, and players were stuck on the plane for hours as the team waited for a replacement, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The TV station had a crew on the plane and reported that it was related to an oil pressure issue with one of the engines.

Steelers defensive star Cam Heyward noted that the plane had to make the landing in a social media post.

It landed just before 4 a.m. local time and no one was hurt according to KMBC-TV.

The Steelers defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 23-18 Sunday night and took off around midnight to head back to Pittsburgh.
