OnlyFans Teacher Brianna Coppage Makes It Official: I’m Ditching School for Porn Site (Exclusive)

'I would like the education of students to be able to return to normal,' Coppage, 28, told The Messenger

Brianna Coppage, the Missouri public school teacher who turned to sex work to boost her income, has resigned after being suspended by school administrators who discovered she's an OnlyFans star, she revealed to The Messenger.

"I don't want to fight the school district. I'm just ready for peace," Coppage, 28, said Tuesday. "I knew that nothing was ever going to be the same if I went back so that was just the best option."

Coppage taught English to freshman and sophomores at St. Clair High School, about 50 miles southwest of St. Louis, until she was placed on leave last week after the school district that employed her was notified of her OnlyFans account.

The St. Clair R-XIII School District did not immediately return a request for comment by The Messenger.

"I don't want the school to continue getting hate," Coppage said of her decision to resign. "I would like the education of students to be able to return to normal, they deserve to have a great year."

Coppage — who holds a bachelor's and master's degree in education and was working towards a specialist degree — said she made a "financially driven" decision to start creating adult content over the summer as a way of supplementing her teacher's salary and to help with hefty student loans.

Coppage said her OnlyFans account added about $8,000 per month to the $42,000 she made last year as a teacher.

She never discussed the lucrative gig at school— and never expected anyone from her day job to discover her OnlyFans page because her content can only be accessed by paying subscribers, she said.

She said she has suspicions about who it was that discovered her profile and reported it to school officials.

“Never do I think that students or children should have been exposed to this and I truly believe had an adult not found it, and I was told that an adult is who reported it, students never would have known," she said.

But since she was discovered and her suspension was widely reported, Coppage doesn't believe a return to teaching would be possible after "having your face and your name plastered all around the world."

She became emotional while saying she will miss the connections, funny stories and milestones she celebrated with her students the most.

"It's been a journey for sure, the last couple of days have definitely been a roller coaster," she said. "It turned our life upside down."

Coppage now plans to focus on her OnlyFans account and lean into the online space — both to make more money and because, she said, she enjoys the work.

Her income has increased significantly since she was outed, she said, thanks to several thousand new subscribers.

"I've gotten a lot of support on the site," she said, "so that's definitely encouraging."
