A shocking New York City shooting that left a 28-year-old mother dead and the man she was on a date with multiple gunshot wounds was captured on surveillance video.

On Tuesday just before midnight in Queens, a car was double-parked outside the nightclub Xscape on the corner of 127th Street and Liberty Avenue when two men walked up to the vehicle while a third paced along the sidewalk.

Video shows the three suddenly pulling guns and firing into the vehicle at least 16 times.

The 39-year-old driver sped off from the scene and the gunmen ran.

The black Honda ended up a few miles away at the 103rd Precinct station. The man behind the wheel told officers he and his female passenger had been shot.

The NYPD told The Messenger that Clarisa Burgos, 28, of Brooklyn, was shot once in the head and died at the scene.

Burgos was the mother of a 4-year-old boy.

“How do you tell a baby his mommy’s not coming home?” her aunt Sonia Gallart told the New York Daily News.

Burgos’ older sister reportedly was taking care of the boy for the night as she went out with her new boyfriend.

"She was a loving mother," Julia Burgos said. "She had one son. She loved her son. She wanted to do everything she could for her son."

EMS rushed the driver to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center for treatment of several bullet wounds to his torso. He was listed as stable.

Police said there have been no arrests and the investigation continues.

The driver was the intended target, not Burgos, WABC-TV reported. The motive was unknown.
