The unidentified man was arrested around 8:30 a.m. in midtown <a href="https://themessenger.com/business/manhattan-average-monthly-rent-reached-another-all-time-high-in-july" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Manhattan </a>after a bystander saw the alleged threatening behavior and called 911.&nbsp;
