Israel said Monday it has killed four more high-ranking members of Hamas, including the commander of the terrorist group's naval forces.

The Israel Defense Force spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari took to X, the site formerly known as Twitter, to announce the deaths of the four Hamas operatives.

Hagari said the IDF was "guided by accurate intelligence information from the Amman and the Shin Bet" to the locations of the Hamas members.

According to Hagari, IDF strikes took out Jamil Baba, "the commander of the naval force in the central camps," as well as Muhammad Safadi, "the commander of the anti-tank formation in the Tafah battalion," and Muwaman Hegazi, who was part of the "anti-tank system in the Tafah battalion."

IDF also killed Muhammad Awadallah, said to be "a senior in the office of the Hamas production headquarters."

Last week, the IDF revealed an airstrike on Khan Yunis killed Shadi Barud, one of the Hamas leaders thought to have planned the Oct. 7  invasion and the deadly, ambush attacks on hundreds of the country's citizens.

Also killed recently was the head of Hamas' air forces, Asem Abu Rakab, who directed the deployment of paragliders during the October 7 terror attacks.

And weeks ago, Ali Qadi, who helped lead the ground invasions into Israel, and Murad Abu Murad, who helmed Hamas' aerial operations, were killed by the IDF.

Jehad Mheisen, the commander of the Hamas-led National Security Forces in Gaza, was also killed in Israeli airstrikes.

Israel declared war on Hamas in the wake of the Oct. 7 Black Saturday attacks that killed some 1,400 Israeli citizens.

At least 8,000 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks in the last 24 days, according to the Hamas-run Palestinian Ministry of Health — a number likely to rise as Israel's ground invasion carries on.
