Girl, 17, ‘Shot 5 People’ at Bar After Being Bounced for Fake ID, Caught 900 Miles Away in Mojave Desert

A teenage girl who allegedly wounded five people in a mass shooting outside a Denver nightclub has been arrested in California after more than four weeks on the run.

Keanna Rosenburgh, 17, is being held on eight counts of first-degree attempted murder after allegedly shooting five people outside a popular bar on the city's Market Street on Sept. 16.

She was found 900 miles away in the Mojave desert town of Barstow, California on Thursday.

The shooting happened outside of Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row.

Police previously said Rosenburgh got upset after a bouncer refused to let her into the bar because she had a fake ID, according to KUSA-TV.

She left but came back and opened fire.  The victims were all bystanders, police said.

All of the victims survived.

Details of Rosenburgh's arrest were not released and because she is a juvenile, the police did not release her arrest affidavit.

The Denver Police say they got help from the FBI LA SWAT team and Barstow Police in making the arrest.
