The 6-story townhouse drenched in glitz, gold and animal print formerly owned by the late Ivana Trump remains on the market more than a year after her death — and has dropped in price by $4 million.

Donald Trump's first wife purchased the 8,725-square-foot home for $2.5 million — roughly $5.5 million in today’s dollars — in 1992, the same year her divorce from the then-future president was finalized.

The home has been on the market since last November, when it was listed for $26.5 million.

Since then, the asking price has fallen to some $22.5 million for the 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath house.

The Wall Street Journal reported last year that the proceeds from the eventual sale will benefit Eric, Donald Jr. and Ivanka Trump, the 3 children she had with Trump.

Ivana Trump was found dead in July 2022 at the foot of the townhome’s grand staircase.

New York City's medical examiner determined that she died of blunt impact injuries to her torso as a result of falling down the stairs.

She's buried at Donald Trump's golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey. Hers is the only grave at the site.
