Gorgeous 6-Bedroom, 10 Bathroom House ‘Hovering’ Over L.A. Built on ‘No Budget’ Can Be Yours for $38 Million
The mansion comes with a personal nightclub, a home theater and its very own Japanese Bonsai tree garden
A $38 million home built in Los Angeles claims that stars such as Sean Connery, John Lautner, and David Bowie would all love what architects, designers, and real estate agents have done with the place.
The home that sits “hovering” above the City of Angels was built with no budget as the Zillow listing says, “everything had to be the best.” The larger-than-life home spared no detail, including “Arabian black slate and Japanese Shou Sugi Ban raked wood, Roman titanium travertine vein cut floors, Brazilian green jade onyx throughout, and African walnut millwork.”
The extensive mansion, located at 1851 N. Stanley Ave. was completed earlier this year by Vantage Design Group with the interior design done by Victoria Gillet.
The half-acre property residing in the Nichols Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles’ Hidden Hills comes with six bedrooms, six full-size bathrooms, and four half-bathrooms. On top of several walk-in closets, the primary bedroom even comes with its very own rotating bed that can spin 360 degrees.
Aside from the living spaces, the 13,000 square-foot home includes an infinity pool that spans nearly the entire length of the house, a private spa, a personal nightclub called “Disco Volante” and a movie theater engulfed in emerald green velvet.
Outside, the home’s owners have access to their own private Japanese Bonsai tree garden, extensive landscaped grounds with Tahitian fire features, a view of the ocean, and enough parking spaces for 12 vehicles.
