‘Gangly Giants’ Seen on Cliff of Remote Brazil Island Spark Speculation Over Aliens

Folks in Paraná, Brazil, have either captured footage of bona fide aliens, calmly traversing the lush foothills of a small island, or a couple of guys on stilts, dressed up like angular space creatures.

The debate online rages over what's going on in social media videos like this one, which appears to show the tall, gangly entities towering over the landscape of the southern Brazilian island of Ilha do Mel.

As they filmed the massive and ominous beings, bystanders wondered aloud what they could be.

"It's too big to be a person," one person is heard in the footage, according to JB Litoral, a Paranaguá-based newspaper.

“Look at the way he moves, it's really weird," another proclaims, suspecting they're aliens. "Look at the size ... it's very fast," replies another person.

Witnesses speculated the unknown life forms measured at least 10 feet tall.

The undated footage surfaced online days after people in Florida claimed to have spotted aliens — also standing 10 feet — in a Miami mall.

In an X post acknowledging the footage, the Brazilian government weighed in.

"Surreaaaaaaal what happened on Ilha do Mel!!!," reads the post, which jokes some really "strange beings" have since traveled to Paraná, keen on seeing the behemoth beings.
