The family of a missing South Florida mechanic is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to his safe return home.

Suren Seetal, 36, has been missing since Nov. 2, when he was shown on video surveillance leaving his shift at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport around 6:40 p.m. Since then, his family hasn’t heard from him.

His silver 2001 Honda Accord is also missing.

Suren Seetal's sister told local news that he's a 'social butterfly' and it's unlike him to vanish without a word.

“It is so gut-wrenching when you don’t know where your child is,” his mother, Meerah Seetal, told Miami television station WPLG. “We are a very small close-knitted family and we need him back. I cannot imagine life without him.”

Seetal didn’t show up for work and his phone keeps going to voicemail, said his brother Viren Seetal. Seetal was supposed to leave for a trip to Trinidad on Nov. 4.

“He cannot go one day without communicating with anyone,” his sister Karen Seetal told WPLG, also telling her brother: “We love you. We are looking for you. We will stop at nothing to find you.”

She launched a GoFundMe to raise money to pay for Seetal’s search.

The Fort Lauderdale Police Department previously told The Messenger that Seetal’s disappearance is under investigation.
