Three Dunkin’ Donuts employees in Texas have been arrested after they allegedly threatened a drive-thru customer who asked to see a manager.

El Paso Police say that they were called to the franchise location on the evening of Saturday, Dec. 9 on a disturbance call concerning a “subject with a weapon,” KTSM reports.

When officers arrived at the location, they learned a 41-year-old man and his girlfriend had gotten into an altercation with the employees after attempting to place an order at the restaurant’s drive-thru.

The man’s girlfriend had asked to speak to the manager after accusing an employee of being rude to her. In response, that employee allegedly cursed at the girlfriend and said that he was the manager. The incident escalated when three employees allegedly exited the Dunkin’ Donuts to confront the couple.

The three employees allegedly brandished weapons during the altercation, police say, with one of them allegedly saying “Ya’ll gonna die,” while chambering a round and pointing his gun at the 41-year-old man.
