A New York jeweler whose clients have included A-list celebrities and professional athletes claimed in a lawsuit filed Monday that former NBA star Jason Terry stiffed him out of $25,000 in a Rolex deal this summer.

The gem dealer, Eric Mavachev, who is widely known as “Eric Da Jeweler,” alleged in the Manhattan State Supreme court suit that he let Terry borrow a custom, diamond-encrusted stainless steel Rolex worth $25,000 for an unspecified “event” in July 2023.

Terry, who was nicknamed "the Jet" and won a 2011 NBA championship with the Dallas Mavericks, did not return the timepiece after the event — and instead told Mavachev he wanted to buy it, according to the suit.

Mavachev and Terry agreed on a price of $25,000, and the jeweler issued him an invoice for that amount on July 11, 2023, the suit claims.

After receiving the invoice, Terry did not pay for the watch and instead stopped communicating with Mavachev, the suit alleges.

Terry's lifetime earnings in the NBA totaled more than $107 million, according to Spotrac. He now works as an assistant coach for the Utah Jazz.

Mavachev claims in the suit that Terry breached his contract and is seeking damages of $25,000 plus interest that has accrued since July — as well as legal fees that may arise because of the lawsuit.

Terry did not immediately respond to a phone call seeking comment about the suit.

On his website, Mavachev describes himself as a jeweler to the stars who got his start in the business when he was 20 years old.

His clients have included rap stars Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent & G-Unit, Chris Brown and Young Thug.

He’s also worked with celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Floyd Mayweather, Odell Beckham Jr. and Antonio Brown, according to posts on his social media pages.

Mavachev previously made headlines in 2020 when he was robbed of more than $1 million in jewels in Miami Beach on Superbowl weekend.

Soon after, police arrested 10 people who were allegedly part of a high-stakes robbery crew who stalked their victims on the social media app Instagram.
