A 15-year-old student in Baltimore was arrested on Wednesday after three guns were found on a high school campus allegedly belonging to the student, according to school officials and a local report.

The guns were found at Dunbar High School, according to Baltimore City Schools.

A source close to the investigation told local station WBFF that the weapons were loaded.

In a letter to parents, school officials said the guns were located after a "student incident," but were not used during a conflict.

"We are disappointed that weapons were found on our campus but relieved that the weapons were located, and appropriate actions can be taken," Principal Yetunde Reeves said in the letter.

The only information released about the suspect, who was arrested and taken to juvenile booking, was age.

WBFF noted that some windows were shot out at the same high school earlier this year. In that incident, two juveniles were arrested.
