Police arrested a man in San Francisco on suspicion of murder of his girlfriend, who was found dead in her apartment this week.

Scott Fisher, 29, was arrested Thursday afternoon after his girlfriend, Kimberly Wong, was found dead on Nov. 30 during a welfare check, The San Francisco Standard reported. Police are now investigating her death as a domestic violence case.

Wong worked as a product designer for Plaid, a financial tech firm, and lived with Fischer in an apartment.

Officers responded to the apartment to perform a wellness check call for her. The San Francisco Police Department said that they found Wong unresponsive when they arrived. She was later pronounced dead after first responders attempted to resuscitate her.

Authorities are still investigating Wong’s death, but Fisher is currently being held at San Francisco County Jail without bond.
