Gionna J. Daddio — known to WWE fans as Liv Morgan — is no longer facing a felony charge one month after she was arrested in Florida.

In a statement to The Messenger, Morgan's attorney Jack A. Goldberger confirmed the news saying, "We are extremely pleased that the State Attorney's office made the correct decision to not pursue felony charges against Gionna."

According to court documents obtained by KOMO News, prosecutors filed a document on Tuesday called an "Announcement of No Information," saying they won't pursue the felony charge listed as possession of potentially synthetic cannabinoids.

Morgan's lesser charge including possession of marijuana is a misdemeanor and remains active.

Back on Dec. 14, Morgan was arrested after a Sumter County Deputy approached her vehicle and "the odor of marijuana was detected." According to the arrest report obtained by KOMO, law enforcement allegedly discovered a "small plastic bag containing marijuana" and a vape pen containing "an oil-like substance."

Morgan and her attorney are due back in court on Feb. 20 for a status conference.

While Morgan has been out of the wrestling ring for several months due to a shoulder injury, she stepped out in Hollywood days before her arrest to attend The Iron Claw movie premiere.

"Thank you to the Von Erich family for sharing their story," she wrote on Instagram after posing with John Cena. "I’m not usually one without words, but this movie left me speechless."

More recently, she welcomed a new cat into her home named Loki from New York's Bengals Embrace.
