Clayton Echard's paternity battle has seemingly come to an end.

On Dec. 28, the woman who claimed to have been pregnant with the Bachelor star's twin babies, has filed a motion to dismiss with prejudice her past petition to establish paternity, legal decision-making, parenting time and child support, the Sun reported Tuesday. The woman, who has remained anonymous, has claimed she is "no longer pregnant" with Echard's children.

"This filing by her was not a surprise to me, as not only is she 'no longer pregnant,' but she was never pregnant at any point in time with my children," Echard tells The Messenger in a statement. "My hope is that the judicial system will bring her to justice here soon through exposing the many false accusations that she has made."

The former Bachelorette contestant was accused of impregnating a 33-year-old Scottsdale, Ariz., woman after an alleged one-night stand in May. The woman claimed she found out she was pregnant on June 1, and the reality star repeatedly denied his paternity in alleged text messages, even urging her to terminate the pregnancy if the baby was in fact his.

The woman then filed a lawsuit against the reality star in September.

"I would like for you to get an abortion (if you are pregnant with my child, which I still don't believe, but it doesn't really matter either way). If you do not, that's your choice," Echard allegedly texted the woman, according to the court docs obtained by Page Six. "Then, in that case, if it ends up being my child, I have decided that either you'll take 100 percent custody of the child, or it will be put up for adoption. I will not be raising it in any capacity."

The woman claimed the reality star invited her over to his apartment on June 17 to prove to him that she is, in fact, pregnant, allegedly presenting her with an at-home pregnancy test he demanded she take in front of him — including urinating on it in his presence. The test supposedly came back positive.

"I wanted you to come over to confirm what I was doubting," Echard reportedly texted her the next day. "And you did confirm that. So, I don't see you as a liar anymore."

Echard previously agreed to submit a paternity test by Sept. 26 and shared what appeared to be a receipt from Ravgen Diagnostics for $725, along with an email confirmation on his Instagram Story, on Sept. 21.

In October, Echard announced in an Instagram video that there was "little to no fetal DNA present" after the results of the test came back early.

"Let's go baby! We knew, I knew that was gonna happen," he said. "Thankfully, five months of torture can finally be put to rest. I want to say thank you all to those who have supported me and waited until everything came out.

"Two false accusations in two years, I really don't want to look ahead to next year and see what's going to happen," added Echard. "I think two false accusations in a lifetime is enough."
