‘Vanderpump Rules’ Reunion Revelation: Raquel Leviss Wanted to Form a Throuple With Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix

Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss hooked up a lot more than they'd previously admitted — including at co-star Scheana Shay's wedding in Cancun, Mexico back in August 2022.

Leviss revealed the new addition to their cheating timeline in Wednesday's much-hyped reunion episode, which culminated in a tearful interview with Leviss and showrunner Jeremiah Smith.

"I think it's important to me to tell the truth," Leviss said. "I think that I've been lying and so deceitful this entire time that I don't want to lie anymore, and it's all out there anyway."

In the interview, Leviss confessed to having sex with Sandoval more often than they'd previously admitted, including at Shay's wedding and at Sandoval and Madix's home while the latter was away at her grandmother's funeral. She also said that she suggested forming a throuple with Sandoval and Madix, but he shot the idea down. And throughout their affair, Sandoval coached her to lie to keep their story straight, she said.

Why did she do it? When pressed by host Andy Cohen, Leviss said she was motivated by love.

Sources previously told The Messenger that the couple had split in May, with an insider noting, "His relationships with everyone right now are on the back burner, and he's focusing on his music ... He's trying his best to move away from all of this, but he's struggling at times. Like anyone trying to better themselves, it's one day at a time."

The reveal comes three months after news of the couple's months-long affair broke on March 3. 

Sandoval had been in a long-term relationship with fellow VPR co-star Ariana Madix for nearly a decade when the Something About Her sandwich shop co-owner found a screen recording of the Sonoma State University graduate on her ex’s phone. Bravo fans watched Sandoval and Leviss' bombshell affair come to light during season 10 of the long-running reality series, which premiered on the network in February. 

Leviss was previously engaged to Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy. The pair dated from 2016 to 2021 before revealing that they called off their engagement during the VPR season 9 reunion, where the former pageant competitor gave the "See You Next Tuesday" DJ the ring back. 

"After these five wonderful years we had together, we decided we have two different goals and made the decision to call off the engagement," the former couple shared in identical statements posted to their respective Instagram accounts at the time. "We love each other very much, but we aren't in love anymore. We want nothing but the best for each other so please keep any thoughts positive. Sending Love."

A "Secrets Revealed" special episode of Vanderpump Rules will air on Wednesday, June 14 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
