‘RHONY’ Star Ubah Hassan Claps Back at Tamra Judge After Reunion Criticism

Ubah Hassan is not backing down from fellow Bravo star Tamra Judge.

The Real Housewives of New York star, who joined the brand-new cast for the franchise's Season 14 reboot, had some choice words for Judge after she criticized Hassan's reunion appearance. 

"Ubah's reunion performance was giving me, 'I did nothing all season and I need to do something to save my apple,'" Judge quipped to co-host Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave on this week's episode of their Two Ts in a Pod podcast. "It felt forced to me … She had multiple moments where she would bring some random topic up, and everybody would look at her and go, 'Huh?'"

In response, Hassan issued a harsh statement addressing the Real Housewives of Orange County star's comments, writing in an Instagram Story, "@tamrajudge secure what apple? Darling, I'm the tree, duh! You know they edit this show to the moon and back. They [do] nothing random they choose to edit that way to creating [sic] confusion so people like you can talk."

The reality star's Story echoed what she previously told The Messenger at the 5th Anniversary Angel Ball in New York City earlier this week.

"It's all about the editing, right? They can't put everything they film, right? … I used to get really upset about that," she said. "Now, I’m like, 'You know what? Let’s entertain the people.' If they see that, they’re like, 'Oh, she's trying to secure the apple.' I'm like, 'Bitch, I'm the tree! What apple?!'"

Explaining why she showed up to the reunion later than her RHONY co-stars, she continued in her Story: "If you’ve got questions, send ’em my way. Sorry if my home makeup session bothered you. FYI I do what I want when I want."

In another block of text on her Story, Hassan added, "[By the way], I didn't go to [the] reunion for anyone. I was there to seek clarity from a bunch of passive-aggressive hags."

Though Hassan did not clarify who on the cast she was referring to, the comment seemingly referenced castmate Jessel Taank previously calling Erin Lichy and Hassan "cackling hags."

Hassan's drama with Lichy was front and center toward the end of the season, and in the first part of the two-part reunion, the Ubah Hot founder accused Sai De Silva and Taank of not wanting Jenna Lyons on the show, which they denied. 

Part two of the RHONY reunion airs Sunday, Oct. 29, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo and can be streamed the next day on Peacock.
