Travis Scott Stops Performing Mid-Show to Prevent Security From Removing Fan

'Back up, brother. She’s just enjoying herself,' the rapper announced from the stage after a screaming woman in the audience attracted his attention

Travis Scott stopped his show completely during a Dallas tour stop Thursday, when a screaming fan being handled by security attracted his attention.

The audience member, who appeared to be trying to stand on speakers near the stage, is shown in a fan-shared TikTok slipping, falling, and being grabbed by security guards, when Scott intervened from the stage.

Upon noticing this, Scott announces, "Hold up, hold up," stopping his performance of "I Know."

"One thing you not gonna do, you not gonna kick a fan out," Scott then addresses security. "Back up, brother. She’s just enjoying herself. You back the f--- up. Let her just have a good time. That’s a female. You don’t grab a female like that, OK?"

The guards then unhand the fan, who climbs back up on the speakers, to applause from the crowd. "We love you, Travis!" another fan can be heard yelling.

Scott is currently in the midst of his Circus Maximus tour, which kicked off Oct. 11 in Charlotte, N.C. The tour is his first since 2021's Astroworld tragedy, in which an audience stampede left 10 people dead and thousands more injured.
