Tommy Lee Sued for Alleged Sexual Assault on Helicopter: Report

A woman is claiming Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee sexually assaulted her on a helicopter trip from San Diego to Los Angeles in 2003

Tommy Lee is being sued by a woman who claims the Mötley Crüe drummer forced himself on her inside a helicopter, according to TMZ.

The alleged incident occurred in February 2003, while the woman was riding in a helicopter with Lee and another man, per the report.

According to the lawsuit, the woman was invited to go on an aerial tour of San Diego County by a friend who was a helicopter pilot, but the plans changed when she arrived that the airfield. Lee was there and she was told they were going to Los Angeles instead, per the report.

The alleged victim also claims that Lee and the pilot were drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana and snorting cocaine once the helicopter was airborne.

She also claims in the suit that she was pressured to join the men in the cockpit and sit on Lee’s lap. Once she did, the woman claims Lee started to grope and kiss her against her will. When she tried to get away, he allegedly fondled her breasts and penetrated her with his fingers. Lee also allegedly lowered his pants and tried to force the woman’s head down towards his genitals.

Once the helicopter arrived in Los Angeles, Lee hugged her and departed she and the pilot flew back to San Diego.
