‘The Real Housewives of Miami’ Season 6 Trailer Is Filled With Tears, Music and a Dildo

Lisa Hochstein's divorce and Guerdy Abraira's breast cancer take center stage in the new season of 'RHOM'

Things are getting nasty on The Real Housewives of Miami. The Bravo reality show returns for Season 6 in November, and a new supertease is filled to the brim with chaos. Wigs are coming off, shots are flowing, and dildos are wiggling all over the place, but unfortunately it's not all fun and games as the ladies of Miami have bigger problems than just touching someone else's sex toy with their bare hands.

The trailer also shows Guerdy Abraira revealing her breast cancer diagnosis, and Lisa Hochstein breaking down in tears over her divorce. There's also some serious tension between Julia Lemigova and wife Martina Navratilova, while Larsa Pippen shows off her new relationship with Marcus Jordan, to the dismay of their families and some of her castmates. Plus, we're treated to a Housewives classic: accusations of financial problems!

Watch the supertease below!

Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Miami features a full returning cast, including Abraira, Hochstein, Lemigova, Pippen, Dr. Nicole Martin and Alexia Nepola. Marysol Patton, Kiki Barth and Adriana de Moura will also return as friends, and all the show's friendships will be hit hard by drama. Bravo teases that "shocking health and relationship revelations bring some friendships closer than ever while tearing others apart." And because this is Miami, you can bet that amongst the drama there will also be music, dancing and, of course, a weirdly awkward opera performance by Julia.

It all starts Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 9 p.m. on Bravo, with episodes available to watch the next day on Peacock.
