‘Teen Mom’ Stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra Reflect on Rare Family Reunion With Daughter Carly

It's a family reunion Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra won't soon forget.

The Teen Mom stars were recently able to reunite with their daughter Carly, whom they placed for adoption nearly 14 years ago.  

"Had an amazing visit with our girl," Lowell wrote on Instagram Sunday. "She's funny, kind, SMART, goofy and STUNNING. Adoption is hard and saying goodbye time and time again is soooo hard!!!!"

At the same time, Lowell celebrated the reunion with her daughters Novalee Reign, Vaeda Luma and Rya Rose by her side.

"Seeing all of our girls together," she explained, "getting to know Carly deeper and deeper each time and being with all four of our daughters is truly such a blessing!"

Baltierra also reflected on the special family meeting when commenting on his wife's post. 

"The feeling I have when I'm with all of my beautiful girls is truly indescribable," he wrote. "The amount of pure organic love is overwhelming, almost to the point of being unbearable at times. [Carly's] so smart. She's so kind. She's so goofy & her laughing face is imprinting & infectious."

Back in 2009, 16 and Pregnant cameras rolled as Lowell and Baltierra made the difficult decision to place their child for adoption. Carly was later raised by her adoptive parents Brandon and Teresa Davis, who received praise from Baltierra. 

"Her parents have done such an amazing job raising her!" he wrote. "It's pure magic watching her play with her sisters because all you hear are echoing laughs & all you see are tons of hugs! They have an unmistakable connection that’s bonded between forces that are far greater than just shared DNA…it's literally pure transcendental magic. I didn’t ever want it to end."

After posting their family reunion, the couple received support from their co-stars including Jade Cline and Cheyenne Floyd. 

"Beautiful!" Maci Bookout McKinney shared in the comment section. "So happy for all of you getting this time together. Love y'all."

If you ask Baltierra, much of the credit goes to his wife for building a special family bond. 

"I love you so much @catelynnmtv," Baltierra wrote on Instagram. "You are the strongest woman I’ll ever come to know. You are the BEST MOTHER I have ever seen & this family is only a family because of YOU! You are the most courageous, loving, wise & intuitive spirit & this family of ours is beyond blessed to have you as its beautiful matriarch."
