Taylor Swift Gifts Early Birthday Present to Her Fans
'Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour' will soon be available for fans to watch at home — with a few additions Taylor Swift announced Monday
Taylor Swift is celebrating her upcoming 34th birthday with a special gift to her loyal Swifties.
The pop star shared the news in a new Instagram post Monday alongside footage of her singing "Wildest Dreams" during a stop of her Eras Tour.
"Hi!" Swift began. "Well, so, basically I have a birthday coming up and I was thinking a fun way to celebrate the year we've had together would be to make The Eras Tour Concert Film available for you to watch at home!"
Swift then announced a few additions to the film that many fans saw in theaters.
"Very happy to be able to tell you that the extended version of the film including 'Wildest Dreams,' 'The Archer' and 'Long Live' will be available to rent on demand in the US, Canada & additional countries to be announced soon starting on … you guessed it, December 13," she wrote.
Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour premiered Oct. 13 and made $96 million domestically in its opening weekend, making it the highest-grossing domestic opening weekend for a concert film to date.
The film was shot over the course of Swift's first three shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif., in August.
