The stats have already revealed that Travis Kelce plays better when Taylor Swift attends Kansas City Chiefs games, and now at least one fellow NFL star is weighing in on the phenomenon as well.

Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons recently commented on the situation on his podcast, The Edge.

“I saw that stat that Travis Kelce plays better with Taylor Swift in attendance,” he said. “Travis Kelce’s my boy. Best tight end in the league for like the past three, four years. So it’s obviously not Taylor Swift but I’m going to tell y’all one thing. When there is a bad girl and she’s in attendance, she’s watching you. That gives you an extra boost of confidence.”

“So you know what Kelce’s doing,” he added. “He was already doing it. So know it’s like, ‘Yeah, I’m gonna do it more now.’ Like it’s a swagger. It’s a confidence when that thing happens. You know how it goes.”

As Parsons and CBS noted, Kelce’s stats are up when Swift is in the crowd. So far this season, the two-time Super Bowl champion has logged 99 receiving yards per game when the "Lover" singer is present, compared to 46.5 when she's not there. In addition, the Chiefs are 4-0 when Swift is in the stands.

Even Chiefs head coach Andy Reid has weighed in on the Taylor effect. He joked that Swift "can stay around all she wants" after Kelce went off for 12 catches, 179 yards and one touchdown in the Chiefs' 31 to 17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.
