Spice Girls’ Mel B Teases ‘Good News’ That ‘Involves All 5 of Us’

Could 2024 be the year Spice Girls fans once again spice up their lives? If Scary Spice has anything to say about it, we're in for a big announcement.

While appearing Monday on Today With Hoda & Jenna, Mel B said she was "going to get myself into so much trouble" as she teased an upcoming project that will reunite all five members of the '90s British girl group.

"Well, I've been saying this forever, but now we're actually going to be releasing some really good news in about a few weeks that involves all five of us," said Mel.

She noted that it's difficult to get the whole group together, as they all have families of their own. "There's five of us and we've got five different diaries, and we're all parents," she said.

But Mel is confident that fans will be "100 percent satisfied" with what's in store, adding: "It's going to be the gift that keeps on giving, without saying too much about it. I'm going to get myself into so much trouble."

Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice), who has been hesitant to reunite in the past, previously sparked rumors of a reunion when she sang the group's song "Say You'll Be There" at a Miami karaoke bar in July.

In 2021, Melanie "Mel C" Chisholm (Sporty Spice) told People that the group is "working on Victoria" for a reunion, adding: "In all honesty, I think it's gonna happen. At some point, I think Posh Spice will be back onstage."

The Spice Girls — which also includes Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) and Geri Halliwell-Horner (Ginger Spice) — last reunited in full for a 13-date UK tour in 2019. They celebrated the 25th anniversary of their debut album Spice in 2021.
