Sharon Osbourne is weighing in on allegations that Roger Waters is antisemitic.

"I’m Jewish …I know him … I know his reputation that precedes him in our industry," Osbourne said on a recent installment of TalkTV's The Talk. recently. "He laughs, he’s always telling jokes about Jews, always making comments about money; the cliché, you know, old-time opinion."

She added, "You have got to remember; this man is 80 years of age. If you were to ask anybody in the street that’s under 40, and you showed them a picture of him, and said, 'Do you know who this is?' Nobody would know."

She went to suggest that the Pink Floyd co-founder does not have the influence he once did.

"So in today’s music industry, yes he’s got his old fans from early days, but he's not relevant as far as anybody cares about him, to know what he is doing or anything like that," said Osbourne.

The daytime show host, 70, then shared a cheeky suggestion for Waters. "I think that he must have really lost the plot. I think he should go and actually take his life, live in an old people’s home and leave the Jews alone ... That's where he belongs."

She clarified, "This has been going on for years, it isn’t because he is old and has lost the plot.”

Asked if she believes Waters is antisemitic, Osbourne said, "Is the Pope a a Catholic?"

Osbourne's remarks come as Waters is the subject of a documentary that alleges he often makes antisemitic remarks.

The 37-minute project, titled The Dark Side of Roger Waters, was released via YouTube this month. In it, the Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA) conducts interviews with some of Waters' former friends and colleagues, who detail disturbing anecdotes of anti-Jewish statements and behavior allegedly made by the musician.

Waters posted to his website Friday, stating that the project is a "flimsy, unapologetic piece of propaganda" that "manipulates footage and quotations to serve its agenda and is seriously misleading in many respects."

"The film totally distorts and misrepresents my views about the Israeli state and its political ideology, Zionism," he added in part. "It relies on a definition of antisemitism that sees criticizing Israel as inherently antisemitic and assumes that Zionism is an essential element in Jewish identity. These opinions, clearly shared by the presenter and the two interviewees, are widely contested by many, including many Jewish people."
