It's been one month since Shannon Beador was arrested for driving under the influence and a hit-and-run, but she's officially broken her silence.

That's because the Real Housewives of Orange County star just shared a public video acknowledging her current struggles to her social media accounts.

"I know it's been a while since I posted, and there's been a lot of talk about everything that's happened recently," she said Tuesday. "But, unfortunately right now, I'm not in the position to comment, but there will be a time when I can."

Beador continued, "I intend to be open, honest and authentic. Right now, I'm focusing on getting healthy and getting back to myself — and walking Archie."

The Bravo star was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on Sept. 17 and booked for two misdemeanors following a single-car accident, the Newport Beach Police Department confirmed to The Messenger.

At the time of her September arrest, Beador's attorney, Michael Fell, issued the following statement to The Messenger: "I spent quite a bit of time with Shannon yesterday. She is extremely apologetic and remorseful. We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions."

Since then, the RHOC star has entered an outpatient behavioral wellness program with an alcohol component. She is still expected to take part in her Tres Amigas comedy shows with fellow Bravo stars Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson.

Real Housewives of Orange County Season 17 is currently streaming on Peacock.
